3rd night in a row of mass shootings in Tulsa, OK. One of my students truck was hit Friday night after it broke down in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is ridiculous.

Actually, creating a place where students feel comfortable and confident to express themselves is beneficial for learning. This can go overboard, for sure, but it really helps when students feel like they belong.
