NY-4 ELECTION UPDATE: Jewish voters turned out on Tuesday. Likely Jewish voters voted at 75% when the entire district voted at 67%. All 13 institutions tracked voted 84% or higher. One voting at 96%. People stopped kvetching and they voted.
