A rare post from me to share something: I’m currently writing a fantasy novel (in English!). I’m not sure it’ll be any good, but it’s my best kept secret wish for a looong time. I’ll be publishing (not sure how/when yet) under a pseudonym: Matt Falcon Matt Falcon.

After a week of being ill, being able to write again was really good. Managed 3310 words today, making my total just over 23000 for my 1st draft. A lot more of my story figured out and enough work bullet pointed correctly a couple of days! #amwritingfantasy #WritingCommmunity

Today is the 7th consecutive day of writing on my book. It’s the holidays obviously, so no enormous amounts, but actively working on it every day seems to be helping my story along a lot faster. At 24k words now! #WritingCommunity #amwritingfantasy

I started writing my first book 11 months ago tomorrow! Today I finished editing!! My book is now as ready as I can presently get it! The first beta reader will be my wife, so I can learn about this next process. But for now: I finished a thing! 🎉 #WritingCommunity
