Today we rewarded 50 The Dukeries Academy students for their exemplary behaviour and attendance, with a free ticket to see Hamilton! They had a wonderful afternoon and their behaviour was exemplary. We’re so proud of them and delighted to be able to reward their continued excellence.


Yesterday we took a team of Y7 & 8 girls to the U13 District Cricket qualifiers. They won 2/3 games and have qualified to play at Trent Bridge representing Bassetlaw in the County Finals! We are so proud of their skills and their attitude throughout the day The Dukeries Academy

Wonderful afternoon at the theatre with the The Dukeries Academy A Level drama students. Ghost Stories has given us both nightmares and lots to write about in the written exam in June 👻🫣Ghost Stories

Our Enrich programme at The Dukeries Academy was in full swing this morning with all KS3 students taking part in a range of classes including… Textiles Construction Healthy Eating Life Saving Sign Language First Aid

We are so proud of our Y7 and Y8 girls cricket team who represented The Dukeries Academy at Trent Bridge today. The girls cricket skills, and most importantly their attitude and behaviour were outstanding.


Today was the turn of our Y8 and Y9 The Dukeries Academy girls cricket team to compete at Trent Bridge. The girls represented TDA superbly and played some beautiful cricket. Ava and Maddie even got to meet some players from the Nottingham Blaze Women’s team. We are so proud of them.



Our The Dukeries Academy Dance Festival is back! Join us from 6-7.30pm for dance and music performances from our students and 3 of our local primary schools. Tickets on sale from Monday


Superb work from our textile and construction groups who have made soft toys and bug hotels as part of our Tuesday Enrichment programme. The Dukeries Academy



We’ve had a brilliant 2 nights at our Body Rhythms Dance Festival where 80 students from The Dukeries Academy Forest View, Bilsthorpe and Parkgate came together to showcase their talent. We are so proud of all of them and it was wonderful to see our community of schools come together


So proud of our year 13 The Dukeries Academy drama students who completed their written exam today. We celebrated these hugely talented students with our annual Oscars Ceremony and cake. We can’t wait to see them in Oliver in July for their final TDA performances
