Mavs lose their opener to the Mariners 10-7. The Mariners jumped out to an early lead but the game stayed in reach with some great pitching from newcomer Scott Landreth. Cowboys rallied late but came up just short Mavs Player of the game: Yulian Oviedo 2-4 2B, 3B, 4 RBI
