I ❤️ Screen Time in iOS 12. Using it, I’ve managed to reduce my daily phone use by over 30% 👍 While it means less time for Twitter (I’m mostly cutting back on DMs), it means more time for either creating things or relaxing - I can already feel that it makes me happier 😊
