The study area of our last paper "Apex predators can structure ecosystems through trophic cascades: linking the frugivore behaviour and seed dispersal patterns of mesocarnivores" is cover of Functional Ecology June Issue!

Very glad to have been participated in this interesting work! The European polecat is an unknown mammal carnivore and the study of its genetic structure reveals some considerations that should be taken into account in the conservation programs of this species.
