You signed campus carry for colleges, permitless concealed carry statewide, and allowed so many hospitals to close that the nearest and only area Level 1 trauma center for victims is 45 miles and an 1.5 hours away. You should be ashamed.

Taylor Schumann This is Christina Irimie. She taught math at Apalachee High School. She went to school this morning to teach kids and help them become the best they can be. She died this morning at the hands of someone with access to an AR-15 because we’ve failed to act.

I am so tired of having to pretend to care about people’s gun hobbies all so we can beg for crumbs of compromise on gun safety. I do not care that you want your new gun today. I do not care that you want your gun unlocked in your nightstand even though have kids at home. No more.

So to sum this up, his 13 year old was questioned by the FBI and visited by local law enforcement for threatening a school shooting, and the fathers response was to months later buy him “the” gun that carried out the school shooting!

GOOD. They were questioned by the FBI in May 2023 after he made initial threats. His Dad bought him an AR-15 for Christmas in December 2023. Charge him. Lock him up.

This kid said “I’m thinking of murdering people at school” and his Dad literally put a weapon of war in his hands to help him do it.
