Re: Vol players flooding the transfer portal. The player & coaching (OC and DCs) talent discrepancies versus Ohio State were so extreme that they realized UT football is nowhere close to a championship contender next season. This take is around 50% troll and 50% dead serious.

I’m pro-NIL/transfer portal, but this is one of the consequences. Mid-majors only advantage in the past was having 4th/5th year guys whose have gotten a lot better through the years and also learned the system. Now those guys transfer to the P4 schools and the rich get richer.
