Congratulations to Dr. Amy Fraser and the POCUS_CERC team on the introduction of the DIVOT protocol in the latest POCUS Journal! This innovative approach uses Doppler to visualize and avoid intercostal arteries prior to thoracentesis—advancing procedural safety. IU Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship

Mohan Sai Gudela, MD Parimal Matt Siuba Ross Prager Katie Wiskar Kiran Rikhraj Essentially vexus looks at RV compliance which ends up being tolerance. If you are vexus 1 or more, increasing msfp with fluids will push you towards solid organ venous hypertension. So for me vex1 is yellow light, vex2 is red and vex3 is red and remove/help RV.
