A brill night out with Mitsuo Tate (Cocteau Twins/FLat 7/TateFX fuzz etc) catching up on the last decades of happenings and reminiscences, and enjoying some splendid refreshments in Shibuya. Beer in a cold tin tumbler is my new revelation. Joy! 😊

Had dinner and talked with Miki from my much-loved band, Lush Miki Berenyi. We’d crossed paths at recording sessions, aftershows, and parties in London, but this was our first long, quiet chat. We talked about life, parenting, kids, and laughed over music memories. Truly joyful.
