Quite a disappointing day @purespauk Chanary Wharf today. 20 mins to get robes, towels were definitely out of the question. Steam room out of order but feel free to turn the sauna on yourselves it takes 8 mins to heat up! Then no hot stones even though that’s what I booked! 😣
