while the 2H, 6H and 10H are all tied to work ethic in different ways, there tends the a misunderstandings about the 6H that lead people to pursue some idea of an immediately achievable level of perfection that, no matter what people do, never seems to enter their reach.–

To a 6H placement, nothing is good enough. When a method of approach works, their first thought is "okay, how can I make this better". In their mind, being content with anything is seen as a gateway to growing complacent, so they always have to be adding on in some way.

None of this is to say they don't face external pressure or criticism, demands for them to push harder, but they feel that urge whether people are pushing them or not.

I think the anxiousness they approach life with leads them to underestimate themselves in some ways, and that includes doubting just how prepared they are for things to change. If a new challenge comes up, that is just another solid goal for them to set.
