Loving watching Fin find his feet in the pro bunch. 3 stages in the Italian Appenine mountains done with 1 stage to go at the Giro Abruzzo.

Super proud of Fin these past 4 days. Finishing his first pro races, the 4 stage super hilly Giro Abruzzo. Not bad for a 185cm 18 year old not used to such long distances or altitudes. Learned loads working for the team, on to the next one!

2nd stage win wasn’t to be today but 2nd place is flippin’ awesome. Not the best of conditions with a big pick up in wind but he avoided the worst too. Onwards to Rome 💪.

A big thanks for all the messages asking about Josh and wishing him all the best, it’s much appreciated after a long day yesterday. Heading home today and will get all the support needed to be back on the road quickly. Tough sport at times.

Did something a bit different this evening, the 8 km Ras y Castell running race in Cardigan. Completely out of my depth, baking hot weather and a lumpy route. Loved it!

Mechanicals in Time Trials are becoming a habit for us at the moment. Unfortunately some bike problems which forced a bike changed ruined Fin’s National TT champs today. However, the support and atmosphere from the locals was awesome, thank you everyone that came out to cheer!
