Your customer support system is so pathetic Amazon India An order that was to get delivered on Sunday is yet to be delivered but since yesterday it started showing as 'delivered'. Escalating it to customer support has been of no use. Very unprofessional & disappointing
An item that was returned & received at your end a week back, it's refund is yet to be initiated Amazon Help App support has not been helpful. What is the customer supposed to do? Amazon India pls address. Your automated customer support is inefficient
For a product with missing item & malfunctioning part, return was made. Item was picked up & received at ur end almost 3 weeks ago. Yet the return has not been initiated. Ironically Amazon Help hasn't resolved this. Not even a call to understand d case. Harassment!
It seems taking customers for a ride is becoming a pattern Amazon India your customer care is utterly disappointing. A complaint for a missing item is not resolved in 2 weeks though details provided at least 10-12 times. Such incompetence
It may not make any difference to you but am stopping to use your service Amazon India if you can't handle even simple delivery issues it's not worth it. 2 weeks n ur support person just keeps changing, new person repeating d whole thing
