Is the cost of living crisis over? No. Millions of households are having to choose which essential to cut. Social tariff schemes exist to help but they aren't working. Really excited to be working with IPPR, Policy in Practice and abrdn Financial Fairness Trust to look at how we fix this.

New report out today from CitizensAdvice, the first of ongoing work to look at how social tariffs can be better designed to target support to those most in need, to ensure they can have access to essential services. But, there are some fixes that can be made now. More 👇🏾👇🏾
