Ok so I cheated on the microwave rice but the mainated chicken in Cantonese spices was right on point.

Not quite the flavour of your local kebab shop but pretty damn close. I had it with Marcus Bawdon coleslaw recipe, no bread involved lol. Thanks to everybody for the advice. Made my own chilli sauce to go on top. #donerkebab #bbq #rotisserie

BBQ Pork belly strips with sweetcorn and savoury salad. Perfect on a summer’s day.

Crispy panko bbq chicken breast served with some salad. Chicken breast was butterflied then dipped in seasoned flour then egg bath then back in seasoned flour,back in egg and finally covered in panko crumb. Cooked on the bbq till 74c internal.

Now I know you’re gonna think I’m weird and that’s ok. Oscar n Ollie's fiery hot rub and a panko crumb on a butterflied chicken breast served with salad and a bbq pear that had blue cheese and maple syrup on top. Strange yes. Lovely yes.

Gammon joint with this marmalade on top. Look at that colour on the Weber GA. 🥰
