How do you usually explain an ML model to business stakeholders? Beyond showing a feature importance plot, how do you communicate the model results to customers in a way they can understand?

I did 2 data science interviews this month and my main problem for communicating the results. I’m used to statistical modelling there it’s pretty straightforward but I’m struggling with predictive models interpretation.
