High street ghosts

Lovely to see my dear friend Carolyn Larkin ⁦Caro Communications⁩ become HonRIBA - she who has helped many architects communicate better than they ever could ! Many congrat lovely. A great cohort this year.

I wish we could focus on occupancy rates rather than vacancy rates. If a high street is, say, 85% occupied, it frames the conversation completely differently to if we obsess with 15% vacancy, and encourages us to look for inspiration from what is already successful and good.
