Summer is coming. Some of you will be thinking about taking on long challenge rides and runs.

If you're looking to raise money through sponsorship, and need an amazing cause you can support, do think about Wheels for Wellbeing and the great work they do for inclusive cycling

Unpaid carers have been told to repay thousands of pounds of benefits after accidentally earning too much or because of overly complicated paperwork!

It's outrageous!

Are you affected? Would you be happy to talk to the media? If so, email:

The government is considering changing e-cycle (EAPC) regs to allow higher speed throttles & larger motors- consultation closes 25/04/2024.

Yesterday’s family birthday treats - cycle parking edition:

1. Pub lunch- attempting to block enough of a parking space that a driver wouldn’t block us in;

2. Cinema- “mum, our locks might be gold standard but I really don’t think these hoop things are!”

I can only think the plan had layout lines for the orca wands and lines showing the crossing and someone got very, very muddled?

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨

We are calling for an end to the 'persecution' of unpaid carers. We should not have to account for the DWP's mistakes, whilst struggling to survive and care for loved ones on the breadline!

I don’t get PIP. I need to use a wheelchair. Had similar issues accessing places signed up to Nimbus access- which I can’t get “evidence” for: They don’t accept Blue Badge. They want Disabled ppl to have a driver’s licence or passport- can’t find other acceptable ID on their site

I normally wouldn’t write about family. But my Dad, who uses a wheelchair, cannot visit my sister (she lives 400m away) because of pavement parking UNLESS he DRIVES there in his CAR. It is insane.
