forget “r u okay day” and let’s talk about a three or four day work week and a six hour work day… fighting our culture of over work + burnout will do more for our mental health than a corporate morning tea

Deeply ashamed to live in a country where baby formula and basic household goods are encased in anti-theft packaging. When are we going to address the reason parents are having to steal baby milk and support them instead of criminalising them.

In 2015 I wrote quite a cynical piece about HS2 in which I argued that it was probably all about using Manchester and Leeds to build a business case for increasing rail capacity between Milton Keynes and London. And actually it wasn't cynical enough. Lesson learned I suppose.

In accordance with ancient tradition (and the Port of London Thames Byelaws) a bundle of straw is dangled from Millennium Bridge to warn shipping of work under the bridge (we’re not making this up, honest). Robert, from our rope access contractor CAN Ltd, does the honours.
