Tampa Bay Downs extends its sympathy to family and friends of Christophe Clement, who died Sunday at 59. “We were fortunate to be the benefactor of the wonderful horses he ran with us,” said Racing Secretary Allison De Luca. “I will miss hearing his voice at the end of the line.”
