We won't always be able to pinpoint the exact event that drove a conversion. And that's OK, because when you get too hyper focused on numbers, you forget the people behind the screen. Sometimes you just have to accept you won't know why things happened, they just did.

The thing none of these free templates tell you... is that they're another way to become generic. Templates make you look and sound like everyone else. UNLESS you pour real audience research into the template... ...that's when they become a real game changer.

Quick gut check: Why do you think your next test will win? If your answer starts with: - "I saw..." - "Everyone knows..." - "It worked for..." You're not testing customer needs. You're testing your biases. (And your conversion rate knows the difference)
