Always interesting to see what happened in the but what is more alarming to me is the increased cost of a stamp. Soon to be £1.35 on top of the increased costs of greetings cards will almost certainly affect our business. Sorry dearest followers rant over. X

Good to see air passenger duty raised for people flying first-class, business-class, premium-economy or on private jets.

But if we want to reduce how much we fly, in a way which doesn't penalise lower-income travellers, the best way is a frequent flyer levy! ✈️
