Guess who voted for DNA collection not once but twice? And the first time she voted for DNA collection upon ARREST?

My political opponent and current Independent incumbent on the DC council did. She's also voted for the creation of drug-free zones.

I'm all for educating the public on what has changed under #SecureDC , but they are leaving out some very important context here: You can only be stopped if you are caught for fare evasion.

The SecureDC bill does nothing but further criminalize minority existence. Its 'Stop and Frisk' on crack. Worse so, the provisions within the bill are standard police actions just codified into law. Call your DC council and stop this before its too late.
