It was a night for awful tyres last night. Stopped this Alfa Romeo in Brent London. Driver arrested on suspicion of drug driving (cannabis and cocaine) cord exposed on tyre and not wearing his seatbelt. Vehicle prohibited until it’s roadworthy. Driver in custody #safespeed 👍
