Delighted to share my first first-author paper 🥳
Here we use Temperature-dependent photoluminescence to reveal a 3.8 eV emission line in alpha phase Ga2O3 that exhibits a strong dependence with Hydrogen concentration and temperature.

Online today in The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, our work to describe photoluminescence spectra of quantum dots (QDs) using atomistic models. We see great agreement with single-QD measurements at a range of temperatures. Congrats, Tommy and team 🎉
