i've been so wrapped up in pcn this past week that it hasn't hit me that the season is truly over and now everything is hitting me all at once and i'm emo.

I miss the old pcn 😭😭

In a few weeks, once CPC is done and dusted, I think I'm going to write a blog. I miss writing.

I've been in GP now for almost 5 years - 3 PCN roles and 1 GP role:

- 1 year in current PCN.

Have avoided writing a lot for a while, but I think it may be time to pick up a pen. 🖊

2021 - biomed graduate 2:1

2022-2024- PA studies

2024- PA job in primary care PCN

Working unsupervised, running your own clinic , diagnosing undifferentiated patients using Google instead of consulting the GP supervisor.

This is criminal

And that's a wrap on PCN Plus Live 2024!

It feels great to be part of such a positive community that is dedicated to improving primary care.

Creating an environment where GPs can thrive rather than burn out is essential. With the PCN and ARRS, we have not seen any reduction in workload for GPs.

If we had, we would have seen retention issues easing. But they are getting worse 😟
