A Tip for fellows.Paravalvular MR striking the ligament of Marshall location. Murmur audible only in axilla!! During CVS exam: auscultation means the entire chest, each and every part including axilla. In CCHD, continuous murmur of MAPCAS may be heard only in axilla sometimes.

Did you see something flying in LA? I like seeing butterflies but not this one. During paravalvular leak closure,ADO II embolised, luckily landed near aortic bifurcation- snared it out and closed with Amplatzer vascular plug II.Again under local anaesthesia with only TTE & fluoro

3D TEE Post device closure of paravalvular leak with Amplatzer vascular plug II. One disc seen through mitral valve in LVOT & other between LAA and Aorta. There was no flow acceleration at LVOT, discs were moving freely. Any problem to be anticipated?
