In Montreal fresh snowfall was tested and showed a pH level around four or five which is classified as acid precipitation.
Contaminant levels are between 1400 and 1800 ppm.
A PH of 4 will kill fish.
Contaminant ppm over 500 is unfit for consumption.
Where are we ppm?

In the carbon market you have...

Removers: Companies that remove carbon from the environment

Emitters: Companies that add carbon/pollution to the environment

Governments issue Carbon Credits to removers. They can sell them on at market or to emitters to offset their emissions
