Good news came out of the Supreme Court today!

Once again SCOTUS has reaffirmed states do NOT have unchecked power to draw the maps that define r elected representation.

The 6-3 #MooreVHarper decision is a mandate for all state courts to ensure ALL ppl’s votes r protected. 🎊⬇️

Last December, I stood on the steps of the #SCOTUS and spoke about the dangers of ruling in favor of #MooreVHarper .

Today, The Supreme Court upheld our system of checks and balances and rejected the dangerously anti-democratic independent state legislature theory.
