Do you like Indian food? I made this simplified version of low carb Butter Chicken. It’s just chicken, butter, cream, onions and spices. Turned out pretty good. I’ll write out a recipe if enough people reply yes in this thread.

One of my favourite made from scratch keto (low carb) meals, caesar salad. Sthwest marinated chicken, baby cos lettuce, avocado, eggs, parmesan, bacon, croutons and dressing. Yes it is in a stainless steel mixing bowl because I don't have anything big enough to hold this baby. 🥰

Carbs are not inherently bad & eating less than 90-125 gms/day is low carb. Here's bad:
1) Eating refined carbs
2) Carbs w/ seed oil or high fat
3) >carbs than you burn in a day
4) Carbs late at night
5) >50gm carbs if Insulin resistant or metabolic S
6) Carbs +⬇️Protein

Martin Erlic When I had to change my diet to low carb, no sugar, it seriously took me two hours to go through the store and figure out what I could eat and what I couldn’t. It’s mind blowing. All grocery stores should have a section just for low carb, low sugar items.
