Private David John Thomas from #Llanberis , Caernarfonshire (now Gwynedd) served with the 40th Casualty Clearing Station. He joined the Royal Army Medical Corps in April 1915. He received the British War Medal, the Victory Medal and the Samaritan Cross.

What a day! Providing cover for the Barmouth 10K has left me feeling like I ran it! A challenging few hours due to the ☀️, but great teamwork meant that everyone who needed treatment, referral or transport got the care they needed.

What else do you expect when the public toilets close at 5pm. This is no excuse to leave your used toilet paper in a public carpark and near a children's play area.

Went to Wales again yesterday, came home with a new friend, although he is a bit noisy and I can't understand him, he came from South stack on Anglesey, I didn't get to have a train ride, but I saw one on the way home at Llanberis 🚂🐻
