This KiCad PCB -> Blender 🔶 plugin by bobbe over at Mastodon is incredible!

It allows you to import your KiCad design into Blender with textures, shaders, and even solder blobs in like 5 clicks!

Now if only I had the slightest idea how to use Blender 😭

All these tools are so empowering--like I said, I love living in the future! But FreeCAD, KiCad and all the stuff like this, made with them, only happens because we share and build on each other's work. A blanket thanks to everyone who plays along! :D

昨日は秋葉原でKICADの勉強会参加。帰りがけにPCA9685のマイクロビットバージョンを千石電商で見つけて入手。サーボ16個まで制御できっぞ。

kicadで1つのネットをまるまる選択して、太さ変える方法とかないかな。。。

Hii I made a thing again in addition to KiCad PCB #GitHub action I now made a pipeline and a job template for #GitLab so now you can also render 3D images of your PCBs on GitLab. Also, I made some small improvements to the GitHub Action

Okay which one of you nerds has figured out this file format so we can do multi-color silk with Kicad based boards? These support docs say to use EasyEDA but in the end there is just some file it outputs. JLCPCB any word on what this file format is based on? is it bitmap?
