Hypocalcemia is common in renal failure- ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK34407…. XPHOZAH will help it in 2 ways - increased uptake and decreased phosphate binding.

Dr Wojtowicz 🇦🇷presented use of IV Etecalcitide in secondary hyperPTH. She reported much less hypocalcemia when compared to Cinacalcet and ease of use 3/wk in MHD pts.
Do you have IV Etecalcitide in your country?

Oxalic acid, when ingested, can bind with calcium to form calcium oxalate, which is insoluble. This binding removes free calcium from the blood, potentially leading to hypocalcemia, which could explain the positive Chvostek's sign. Oxalic acid causes burns to the oral mucosa.

Muhammad Mohsin If the PSA levels are through the roof, I’d also order a bone scan or a PET/CT.

Hypocalcemia could be due to osteoblastic metastatic bone spread.
