i hate fat people with a passion bro they make me sick, how can you let yourself get to the point of not being able to wipe your own ass. Sick of having to take care of them, fat and lazy and no hygiene. Why are you even existing at that point

I showered today for the first time in 5 days. If you struggle to shower because of your mental illnesses, know you’re not alone.

My depression has worsened this past week out of hospital because of situational factors. Things like lack of hygiene is how it manifests.

“bed rotting is a trend” no the fuck it’s not, i didn’t get out of bed for 4 months, didn’t stop crying, clawing at my skin, my hygiene was horrible and it was the worst mental state i’d ever been in. you couldn’t even see the floor in my rooms it’s not a fucking trend.
