Uncommon S-s-U+ phenotype encoded by two novel GYPB alleles: c.143C>G (p.Thr48Arg, causes low signal of S/s) and c.251G>C (p.Ser84Thr). The second allele is B-A-B hybrid with GYPB exon 4 replaced by that of GYPA. tinyurl.com/4epkfwb9 #blood_groups #glycophorins
