I did it!! 1:06:48 and very proud, especially that I managed to run up Arthur's seat! #EMF2022 #EMF10K I hadn't run a 10k since before COVID a few weeks ago so the aim was just to make it round in one piece :) Maybe a marathon before the end of med school should be the goal..?
