Myocyte Plateau. Many small amplitude currents go in & out to maintain the plateau.
-In (depol): late-inactivating Na+, L-type Ca2+
-Out (repol): K+ (Ito inactivation, IKr/IKs activation), Transmembrane transporters (Na+-Ca2+ & Na+-K+ exchange).
