Vivek Ramaswamy This was a landmark decision & generally limits the regulatory powers of independent agencies. But it's more nuanced than you seem to think, was narrow in its focus & doesn't empower POTUS to abolish agencies created by Congress. IMO, it's less important than overturning Roe.
Vivek Ramaswamy I disagree that the ruling suggests that at all. If that were true, there would be tons of lawsuits happening right now & tons of SCOTUS rulings. It's not the magic pill you think it is.

Conservative Girl This is actually a plus in Trump's mind. He likes winning and he likes the idea that folks who used to loathe him now love him. He sees it as a conquest. Plus it gives him an out if he sours on them.

Makes it easier for Secretary to attend Cabinet meetings, testify in Congress, coordinate w/other Depts/agencies, etc. But DOI has 2400 operating locations all across US. 96% of Bureau of Land Management employees work outside DC.
