So I’m day 7 now, and after today will be 5 days since testing positive.

I am still churning out plenty of Covid-19 proteins and no doubt still very contagious.

Yet there is nothing to stop me from being out and about in the community, no requirement to notify, or even mask.

- Wear a mask in high risk situations AT ALL TIMES, regardless how many cases are out there in your local area
- reduction in isolation times. 5 days with no symptoms, 10 days otherwise
- keep using antivirals
