He was last seen in Conwy, North Wales at around 3.22am on Friday 19 April 2024. He has since made his way to Manchester.

A visit to Conwy wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Britain’s smallest house. Built in the C16th century the house remained in use until 1900. Alas it wasn’t open on the day we visited so we settled for a delicious locally made Parisella’s ice cream from the stall opposite.

The #Medieval town walls at Conwy are said to the finest and most complete set to be found in Britain. Built at the same time as the castle and completed around 1286 the walls offer an impressive visible defence for fortification of both the castle and town.

Gwrych Castle is a Grade I listed country house near Abergele in Conwy County Borough, Wales. On an ancient site, the current building was created by Lloyd Hesketh Bamford-Hesketh and his descendants over much of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

I think if you had rational and practical councils across Wales then this policy would have bedded in without much objection. I travel to Gwynedd and Anglesey regularly to visit family and it works fine there because of proper planning but not so in Conwy.
