Me trying to be fascinated by the 17th cholecystectomy I saw this week just for a sign off.

A patient presents 3 months after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in which there were numerous spilled stones.

CT shows a phlegmon in a very superior and posterior subphrenic location (see images). The patient is moderately septic.
