Jeramey Jannene Despite the open door, there's no one inside this vehicle or the one in front of it. Even if there wasn't a no-parking sign, O'Brien's Irish Pub and their drivers knows it's illegal to park here (blocking a bikelane, crosswalks and a driveway), but that's never stopped them.
