Our bat care team covers 5000Km2 in N. England but I found this forlorn little guy sitting on a rock by my pond. I expect the bats to come to me now. 😊

For years, I've been the person who communicates with customer service people. I've found a real drop in manners from many customer service employees recently.

Scottish Water, ScottishPower Help, OVO and BTCare are among the worst.

SSE - A Better World of Energy and MORE THAN are nice though.

So my bt broadband goes down on Tuesday night,
bt cancel the engineer for the Friday and now say they may fix it on the Monday - anyone else having dreadful non service from bt ?

Do not switch to EE tv, maybe the worst customer service in history, two weeks still not got all my channels working and 2 hours on the phone and no solution. Pay the extra for sky or get a stick @ee BT BTCare

Avoid BT BTCare at ALL costs they Hit me with a default that has affected my credit file for a wrongly sold service . I was in dispute and with no clear communication they’ve hit me with the default 👍🏽👍🏽
