Pedestrian friendly daytime, dining in the street at night, w surprise musical guests. Not a festival, but a collaboration with notable CAPA Alums, part fundraiser. But

As a constituent, it’s far more difficult to get buy-in and the window of opportunity to parter with CAPA has passed. I am sure Squilla would go for it- the EPABID board is the problem.
