Fully integrated transformable hair, meaning no longer closing the game to mess with hair files. Just visit the barber in game, change your style and the game will auto-change your transforming hairs to match the base style.
This is the best I've been able to do. Looks good when playing with regular super attacks and when melee, although his hands and face look like ass in cutscenes (no wonder xv2 doesn't have cutscene skills lol) Anyways. Credits to Vegeta for some textures and shaders.
