The great Dr Al-Batran discuses Vestige trial results (adj FLOT vs Ipi/Nivo in pN+/R1 gastro-oesophageal adeno) at #WCGIC2023 . Most important learning point from this negative trial: postop FLOT should be given to pts with pN+/R1 in resection specimen >> much better DFS.
