Lakota youths at the U.N. Permanent Forum sounded out to the world the genocide in Palestine; devastation from the Dakota Access Pipeline and fake green projects -- as Indigenous youths delivered powerful statements from around the world at the #UNPFII .

ICC is the international Indigenous Peoples Organization representing Inuit across Inuit Nunaat. We have a strong delegation attending this year’s United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues #UNPFII in New York, running from April 15-26, 2024.

The proposed theme for the 24th session: “Implementing the #UNDRIP within United Nations Member States and the United Nations system, including identifying good practices and addressing challenges”
