A group of children were playing near water when a beautiful horse trotted over. Excited, they attempted to ride the horse, but became stuck to its back.

The horse then submerged, taking the children with it into the deep.

My faves: A silicone bulb that peels your garlic, squishy puffballs that replace your hand towels, and easily the best bathmat on Amazon.

Billions of tons of metals are needed for the clean energy transition. But how can we produce these metals without disfiguring our lands, cutting down rainforests and poisoning terrestrial habitats and human communities with vast quantities of toxic waste? There's a better way.

I'm gonna tell you a story
Strange as it now seems
Of zombie voodoo, gris-gris
And the witch queen of New Orleans
She lived in a world of magic
Possessed by the devil's skew
From a shack near the swampland with a mud-pie brick
Marie stirred her witch's brew...

Mélusine is a figure of European folklore, a female spirit of fresh water in a holy well or river. She is usually depicted as a woman who is a serpent or fish from the waist down (much like a mermaid). She is also sometimes illustrated with wings, two tails, or both.

Lady Jeffreys haunted Montgomeryshire until she was bottled and cast into a pool by the River Severn near Llanidloes, Powys. Years later, the bottle was rediscovered and a small black object could be seen within trying to escape. The bottle was returned to the pool.
